Material Verification
Quality begins before manufacturing starts. Every batch of raw material—from metallic coils to PTFE sheets—undergoes rigorous verification against Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
- PMI Testing: Positive Material Identification ensures exact alloy composition.
- Hardness Testing: Verification of mechanical properties.
Dimensional Control
During and after production, components are measured using highly calibrated digital instruments and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify tolerances down to the micron.

100% Traceability
Every gasket manufactured at our facility is permanently marked with a unique tracking code. This provides complete backward traceability to the original material heat number, the specific operator, and the exact date of manufacture.
